Shipping policy

I'm so excited to ship artwork to your home! It means a lot to me that you want to live with my art in your home. 

Shipping typically takes between 3-7 business days, during the holiday season though, it could take longer. It can be between 5-10 business days.

I am not entirely responsible for the shipping time. If a package is late or delayed, the problem might be the delivery service. If this happens, I sincerely apologize on behalf of the shipping carrier. In case your package is lost in transit, please contact me via support@eugeniabalan.com within 48 hours. I will a replacement shipped out at no additional cost to you.

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for all orders. If you would like to pick up your painting locally, feel free to reach out to me, eugeniabalan.art@gmail.com.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to all countries that DHL or UPS ships to.  

If you’re using calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. FREE shipping for all orders over €100. 

Important to mention also is that I am not responsible for any VAT, import fees or other duties that your local government may charge you upon delivery.
